This course, available online or in-person in Oakland, CA, is designed for mental health professionals who work with trauma. We will visit and move beyond any one treatment modality to focus on the ways in which all trauma-informed therapies overlap, inform/support one another, and illuminate a bigger picture. You will receive an abundance of therapeutic interventions for immediate use with clients (in person and via TeleHealth), as well as a road-map for understanding how and when to administer each one. The goal is to empower you 1) to be more fully oriented in your trauma cases, and 2) to be more efficient and effective in your treatment of trauma.

The course incorporates theory and interventions from EMDR, Structural Dissociation, Parts Models and Attachment theory. It is appropriate for Intermediate Level practitioners and includes lecture, live demonstration, practicum and case examples.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will receive a 100% refund minus a $30 administrative fee with notification of cancellation 15 or more days prior to the start of the training. Cancellations will receive NO refund if the notification arrives less than 15 days prior to the start of the training or if no notification is provided. In the event of a COVID outbreak or crisis any in-person portion of the Training may move online. If such a circumstance happens, this cancellation policy still applies.
